When people are busy and are really concentrated on what they are doing, they most likely forget the time and in worse cases, the more important tasks they have to do. I am no different to these people. Sometimes I am already thinking of hiring a personal secretary to remind me of task I need to do. That would of course cost me some valuable money which I could use for more important things. Then I stumbled into cool new software called Say the Time that can remind me of the time every fifteen minutes and remind me of other important things I have to do aside from the one that I am currently doing. The best thing about this program is that you can personalize its setting the way you like it. Change its color, format, fonts, sound and volume. You can also choose between the voice to Richard and Rose for the voice of your announcements. Are you too busy to be disturbed and don’t want to hear the time for a specific time range? Then set up the snooze and you will not hear from Richard or Rose in the time range that you specified. After you download Say the Time, you will be more organized managing your time and prevent procrastinating. Well, as the saying says, time flies when you’re having fun or busy perhaps. But it’s good if you have something to remind you of it.
